Update My Account login email address
If you want to change the email address you currently use to log into My Account, please follow the steps below.
If you do not know your username or the email address is incorrect please see Forgotten/incorrect My Account username.
- Log in to My Account (forgotten your username or password?)
- Hover over Profile & settings in the top navigation bar and select Login details from the menu.
Click on Profile & Settings, then on Manage your email and password.
- You will be presented with a list of active email addresses associated with your account.
- Click the button in the My Account login & online billing column next to the email address you wish to use . This will also become the address your bills are sent to.
You can also create a new email address , or if you do not wish to use a TalkTalk email address select Update next to Alternate email address .
- Once you select your preferred email address, just click Confirm on the notification. You will receive confirmation that the changes have been successful.
You will now be able to log into My Account using the new details.
