Issues accessing your @talktalk.net email
Our engineers have identified that some customers are having issues accessing their @talktalk.net email account. This isn't affecting the actual emails, which are still being delivered correctly, more information here
The following steps will help you setup your tiscali.co.uk email address on your Windows Phone. If you’re not sure what your email or password is you can find them in My Account.
If you've already set up your email account but it's not working, try deleting the account then adding it again. Simply tap Settings, then Email + accounts. Tap and hold your email account, then tap delete and delete again. Once you've deleted it, follow the steps below:
From the Start screen, swipe in from the right to your App list and tap Settings.
Select Email + accounts
Tap Add an account.
Tap Other account
On this page you need to complete the following Sections:
Enter your email address as your name, then make sure your incoming mail server is set to imap.tiscali.co.uk:143:0
Scroll down and check your outgoing (SMTP) mail server is set to smtp.tiscali.co.uk:587:0
Tap the boxes to select the following (you may need to tap the advanced settings button to see these options).
Tap the tick icon to confirm.
To view your inbox, simply tap the mail icon on your home screen.
